DESCRIPTION
Ammonium Chloride is an inorganic compound presented as a crystalline salt that is highly soluble in water. The compound is acidic and is used in livestock feeds and an ingredient in nutritive media for yeasts and many microorganisms. Mostly used in livestock product where Urinary Calculi (water belly) is present.
INDICATIONS
- An oral powder form of Ammonium Chloride: commonly used to support animals to fight with a urinary tract infection as a urine acidifier
DOSAGE
- For oral use only
- Mixed with feed.
- Camel:
- 40 gm / 200Kg of body weight for 3 - 5 days.
- 120 gm / 600 Kg of body weight for 3 - 5 days.
All other species:
- 30 Kg: 6 gm / day.
- 40 Kg: 8 gm / day.
- 50 kg or more: 10 gm / day
